Exchange Policy

NO JEANS CLUB  does not offer refunds, we run an Exchange Only policy.

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at NO JEANS CLUB we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by NO JEANS CLUB  when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Reason for exchange 

 You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 2 exchanges for every item.

If you’re the size you want to exchange too is out of stock we will offer you a gift card. Make sure you contract us at 

Before shipping an item back to us, you must request a return authorisation request from our returns department within 3 days of receiving your order.

We do not allow returns for the following:

  • Sale items can not be exchanged/returned
  • Products purchased during a promotional sale period
  • Underwear, lingerie or swimwear
  • Products received in a condition other than their original condition
  • Products without their tags / packaging attached
  • Products that appear worn or smell of perfume, deodorant or tan
  • Products that are marked or damaged in any way. 
  • No refunds on limited collections 

Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.


If you make a purchase as a gift for Christmas from 1 December to 19 December, you are more than welcome to return your order up until 31 January.
